A beautiful young woman
Is gone from our midst
Leaving us broken hearted
Her friendship we will miss

Catching each other
On the net when we could
Spending time together
Often late into the night

Typing back and forth
About family and friends
Explaining as much as we could
About things in our life

Then getting to meet
The other we did see
Warm, Loving smiles
As friends we were to be

Now she is gone away
And I don't understand
Why it had to be
Such a very short span

God must have had
Other plans for her
For as we all know
He only takes the best!!!
